

Pregnancy Yoga Courses
6 week courses in Bangor
Suitable from 14 weeks right up until birth
No previous experience of yoga is necessary
Each class will include:
-
an hour of gentle yoga sequences and postures to maintain strength and mobility

short meditations to help reconnect with your body and baby
-
breath awareness for everyday relaxation and to aid in labour
-
work on strengthening and relaxing pelvic floor muscles
-
practice of helpful positions for labour
-
lying down deep relaxation
-
some time at the end of each class for sharing birth stories, questions and discussion over some light snacks
