Pregnancy Yoga Courses

6 week courses in Bangor

Suitable from 14 weeks right up until birth

No previous experience of yoga is necessary

Each class will include:

  • an hour of gentle yoga sequences and postures to maintain strength and mobility

  • short meditations to help reconnect with your body and baby

  • breath awareness for everyday relaxation and to aid in labour

  • work on strengthening and relaxing pelvic floor muscles

  • practice of helpful positions for labour 

  • lying down deep relaxation

  • some time at the end of each class for sharing birth stories, questions and discussion over some light snacks
